i think i'm turning...

for when you crash into your ego...

i'm not sure what diesel is doing making helmets, but i like it.
now i want to be an asphalt cosmonaut.

diesel also apparently paired with fiat to make a pretty slick 500...
note: please don't mix awesome helmet with awesome car.
that makes you an awesome dork.

but can you take it over any sweet jumps?

^ this is the one i threw together ^

republic bikes bringing the fancy.
you can order them through urban outfitters.
i've got no idea if these are nice to ride on or not,
as i'm not much of a (bike)gear head.

yes, they are real.
the tiny creatures that lived on these former planets have all perished.
perished with a single touch of a giant finger.

thank you richard heeks for making soap bubbles cool again.

getting on my nerves

all things anatomical are welcome in my heart and home. phrenology charts. models. this one is from sushipotparts shop. they have tons of cool ephemera and other vintage finds that are right up my science-y alley.

did anyone else have the visible woman and man kit when they were kids? i loved it. am i a weird-o?

half full

i love the way the wooden stopper is resting perfectly sweet and stable. simple and beautiful. i have special feelings for the textures of natural materials (thump, thump). a love affair you might say. the only question is: large, meduim, small, or all?

find them at velocity.

by the way, you'd be hard pressed to find a cooler place for a gift registry. you know aunt margie will still insist on getting you oven mitts and a salad spinner though...
